Course Purpose:

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with an ability to use the Enpac vibration data collector and Emonitor software. Basic operations including loading, unloading and collecting overall and spectrum data are presented as well as advanced measurement techniques such as time waveform collection, time synchronous averaging, phase measurement and spike energy spectrum collection. Two plane balancing and two channel applications are also covered.

To successfully complete this course, students require experience with Microsoft Windows®.

Student Materials:

As part of the course package students will receive a Manual which covers how to use the Enpac data collector.

Hands-on practice is an integral part of learning and this course offers extensive hands-on opportunities. An in-class workstation allows students immediately to apply the knowldge they learn to real-world situations.
