Savings by Design
The Training Voucher Account is designed to maximise your training investments and offer financial savings for future training purchases. A Training Voucher Account allows you to pre-purchase training at a savings and then select the right training product or service to meet your employees' needs at the appropriate time.

Designed for flexibility, this savings program is the most cost-effective approach to manage a training program and purchase Rockwell Automation training products and services.

Great Savings and Convenience
The more vouchers you purchase the greater discount you will receive on all training products and services. Purchasing as little as 20 vouchers will offer you savings on future training purchases. When you purchase any quantity of vouchers, you also eliminate the administrative burden of issuing purchase orders for every training purchase.

Training Voucher Terms and Conditions

Effective Training Voucher Account Dates
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of invoice. Customers need to redeem their vouchers prior to the expiration date: otherwise the voucher balance is forfeited to Rockwell Automation.

Conditions
Promotionally Priced Products
If redeeming vouchers for products that are specially priced for events or promotions, the original product list price will be used to determine the voucher redemption quantity. The discount is built into the voucher already.

Premium Courses
If the training requires additional training equipment, student kits, etc., or it is designated as a premium course, then additional vouchers may be needed. The local Rockwell Automation training coordinator can address any questions concerning vouchers required for standard instructor-led courses.

Custom/Negotiated Training
Custom/negotiated training includes Tailored Training, on-site, and custom courses. If vouchers are redeemed for custom/negotiated services, the original voucher purchase price will be used to determine the voucher redemption quantity.

Open Enrollment Training Services and Standard Products
The list price of the item should be divided by the dollar value of one voucher ($525). This calculation will indicate the number of vouchers needed to purchase the product or service. If there is a fractional amount remaining, it will be held in the remaining voucher balance for the next purchase.

Services provided under any Training Services programs are subject solely to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Publication 6500.

Training Voucher Card and Balance
As a participant in this savings program, you receive a Training Voucher Card with your company name, customer ID, contract number, voucher quantity purchase, and expiration. Use the Voucher Balance Tracking Tool link to verify your remaining vouchers at any time.

Purchase Training Products Using Vouchers
Contact your local authorised Rockwell Automation representative to process orders for training products and services using vouchers. Please note that special rules and/or restrictions may apply to sales promotions, previously discounted items, premium courses, etc.

Existing Voucher Program and Value Accounts
As of October 2008, any vouchers purchased can be redeemed for all Rockwell Automation training products and services. Vouchers and Value Accounts purchased prior to October 2008 will continue under the guidelines of those programs until vouchers or accounts are depleted or expired. All renewals will follow the Training Voucher Account guidelines and terms. To renew, contact your local authorised Rockwell Automation representative.
