If a downtime situation or problem does occur, your plant personnel are notified immediately. Then, utilizing state-of-the art diagnostic tools, our Command Centre engineers quickly drill down through layers of production data to isolate the problem and suggest corrective action or maintenance activities to maintain quality and minimise/prevent downtime. If necessary, we can even remotely change production settings and edit software. In the event a problem can not be resolved remotely, the In.Site Command Centre is able to contact the local Rockwell Automation Central Dispatch Centre to provide immediate, 24-hour dispatch of an authorised field support engineer.
