Rockwell Automation has an accredited remanufacturing centre based in Melbourne, Victoria, with highly trained technicians and sophisticated facilities. There is also a comprehensive stock of as-new parts for exchange.
Parts repair and remanufacture
All modules sent to Rockwell Automation are remanufactured, a level of service only performed by the original equipment manufacturer or their authorised representatives.
The remanufacturing centre can also update equipment to the latest hardware and firmware revisions, effectively extending the life of your plant.
Exchange services
Many remanufactured items are held in stock for immediate exchange and can be quickly expedited to wherever they are required. These are maintained at our global network of parts HUBs providing you with next day delivery (dependent on availability) and emergency service 24 hours-a-day, 365 days a year. For critical applications where equipment needs to be brought online quickly we offer an advance exchange program.
