MySupport - customised information
MySupport is a valuable component of Rockwell Automation's suite of technical support tools, and represents a global, proactive and flexible information resource. MySupport enables you to customise the Rockwell Automation 'Support Services' web site to suite the specific requirements of your business. A free service, MySupport offers registered members the ability to tailor the product and application information they receive.
Once you complete a brief profile - detailing your product and industry preferences - MySupport can deliver regular e-mail messages with links to the latest relevant technotes, software updates, and firmware updates for the products and services that interest you.
Delivering relevant information to you directly, MySupport represents an efficient time-saving technical resource enabling you to stay on top of the latest industry and product developments, without impacting your regular workflow. A small indicator in the upper left corner of the 'Support Services' web page shows how much new information is available, based on your preselected preferences. If you elect to have this information sent to you via e-mail, you will also receive a list of links directing you to the new information.
MySupport also generates e-mail alerts detailing new products and information on product obsolescence, enabling informed decisions regarding installed hardware, potential upgrades and future purchases.
The ability to adjust your profile is always one click away - the 'My Preferences' link appears on the main web page as well as on the bottom of each e-mail message we send you.
