On-site Support Services


With our On-site Support Services, you can obtain Rockwell Automation field support engineers to assist your maintenance staff with preventive and reactive tasks. Our support engineers are available on an as needed, scheduled or full-time basis to meet your specific maintenance needs.

Field service
Field support engineers across the globe are available to assist with scheduled maintenance or to troubleshoot and resolve unplanned problems affecting critical operations, on a time-and-materials or contracted basis.

With a Rockwell Automation Support Agreement (RASA), field support engineers are available for a contracted time allotment throughout the year to perform any of the field service functions. Your maintenance costs can be budgeted in advance and are at a lower rate than standard time-and-materials services.

Embedded engineers
The Embedded Engineer program provides a full time Rockwell Automation Field Support Engineer at your site. An embedded engineer is always available to provide onsite support services to meet your maintenance needs.
